Richard (Dick) Pate

Richard (Dick) Pate has over 36 years of experience with positions in senior engineering and management. He brings extensive experience in both the management of start-up ventures as well as large development programs. He began his career with Atlantic Richfield (ARCO), then served as VP of the Rocky Mountain Region for Snyder Oil (SOCO) where he was responsible for the development of multistage fracturing in vertical wells in the Piceance Basin (CO) and Jonah Field (WY). He was nominated by the Governor of Wyoming to serve on Green River Basin Advisory Committee, which was a government model for conflict resolution on public lands. He and his team received several BLM awards for innovative environmental applications relating to surface remediation and air emissions control. Mr. Pate holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wyoming.
